Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:


Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24-48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - 614 E DUPONT ROAD, FORT WAYNE, IN 46825, UNITED STATES
Orders can be picked up daily, during operating hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY


During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 15 miles of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. A flat rate fee of $10 will be charged for local delivery option.
Orders placed before 10:00 am during store hours see daily operating hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.


FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using USPS, UPS, or FEDEX delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. We do not ship outside of United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:


For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping for orders over $100.00.  Most cost effective shipping method will be chosen unless specified by you during checkout. We will select the most eco-friendly method for shipping by re-using packaging when possible and reducing box size(s) in order to decrease GHG emissions when possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Pawsitively Green is not currently accepting or shipping internationally.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days from shipment date. If the item is unused, and in its original packaging and condition, we will refund the original amount less the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at angela@pawsitivelygreen.shop with your order number and a photo of your item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
